Sooo school starts in about a month and I still have no idea where I'm gonna live! I made the 2 hour drive to the area last Saturday and after looking around at the potential...to be perfectly honest, the pickins are slim. And the places that were truly sick are completely outta my price range. Technically, I could take out more loans to cover the extra housing cost, but I would rather not if i can avoid it...
I was looking forward to live by myself for the first time ever...but it's looking more and more likely that I'll be getting a roomie....blah...

ReplyDeleteHousing has been QUITE the bitch! lOl Im from phoenix i spent 2 days (june 28-june 30) over there hunting for a spot and put in an application (on the perfect place mind you) only to get a call from the property manager denying me :( So the following week i went out there for just one day (july 8), (left phx at 330am returned to phoenix at 1030pm) and hit like 20 apartments (i get extreemely focused) and put in 3 applications...took a couple of days but ONE of the THREE accepted my offer/application...i get my keys on july 22nd 2bed 2bath 950 sq ft in north park for $975!! pretty good deal....oh yea my lil sister is moving in with me thats why i got denied from the other places she has bad credit! lol anyway cant wait to meet you, hit me on facebook (i sent you a message on lsn) dimitri.hurt@gmail.com
